Summary:

John Nunez is wanted for the homicide of 22-year-old Devin Burney. Authorities allege that John committed a drive-by shooting as Devin was leaving a bar. DNA evidence indicated that John was the suspected trigger man. John’s co-defendant pleaded guilty for a reduced sentence.
