Summary:
On the morning of August 1, 2017, Lori was driving to pick up her mother, Wanda, at her house on a large farm. Once Lori got to her mother's residence and realized she wasn't home, Lori drove off the property. Strangely, her car is seen again, caught on the property's cameras, returning — but going behind the residence and over the grass. The next day, on August 2nd, Lori is found slumped over a tractor, with her upper body submerged in the family pond. She was deceased.
Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
Unaware of the cameras on the residence, the Liberty Township Police Department ruled the death a farm accident. Six months later, after learning about Lori's background of expertly operating heavy machinery, reviewing the suspicious camera footage, and reanalyzing the wounds on Lori's head, the coroner ruled Lori's death as a homicide.
