Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Disappearance:
Seybold was last seen in the Trafton area of Arlington, Washington on December 12, 2017. On the day of her disappearance, she was texting people the address she was at, saying she was with a man she was scared she was being set up. The weekend she went missing, Woeppel says, her daughter told her she was at a home on 276th Street NE in Arlington. Then, Jessica video-messaged her mom on Facebook from outside Angel of the Winds Casino. She told her mother she was scared and said she was with a creepy guy who had her car keys. She couldn't go inside because she didn't have her ID. It was the last time Woeppel ever heard from Jessica. Jason had been using Jessica's car and at one point several texts from Jessica to various family members suggested she was in danger, she gave the address and said she was at some creeps house "Im working on getting away safe..".
Additional Details:
Although some accounts stated she was homeless, she was actually living with her mother at the time of her disappearance. She was about to go into treatment for her addiction issues. After she had been missing for a few days her ex-boyfriend went to the property and found that her car was there. Her car was recovered with a forged letter written by Rhianna Rammage giving her boyfriend at the time, Jason Larcom permission to have Jessica's car. After Seybold went missing in late 2017, detectives got tips telling them that she was murdered and buried on a property in Trafton, a community near Arlington. At the time, detectives didn't have enough evidence though to get a search warrant and the persons of interest who lived there would never cooperate. Over four years since Jessica Seybold was last seen, the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office was searching a property east of Arlington this week, searching for clues in her disappearance. Seybold, then 39, was last seen in the Trafton area on Dec. 13, 2017. The excavation began Wednesday. Nothing pertinent to the investigation had been found as of Thursday morning, but the search continued.
