Her family reported her missing and stated the disappearance was unusual and alarming, as she would not abandon her loved ones and family members without communication.
Additional Details:
Miller is one of six women who disappeared from Middletown and surrounding areas within a 35-mile radius between May 2016 and August 2017. Several of these women had similar circumstances. Lindsay Bogan, a friend of some of the missing women, was found deceased (remains discovered in July 2016). Michelle Burgan was also found deceased and identified in December 2018. Brandy English and Amber Flack remain missing. Authorities noted that English was assisting police with the Bogan homicide investigation at the time of her own disappearance. All the missing women had histories of drug abuse and prostitution, which police noted made investigation more difficult as some were homeless and lacked permanent addresses. As of December 2019, Middletown Police reported no significant updates in Miller's case. The investigation remains open and unsolved.
