Summary:

Jermain went out on the evening of June 15, 2018. She reportedly visited three restaurants/bars that evening, including the Dark Horse, until about 10 pm. Charlo was in the company of Michael Defrance.

Circumstances of Disappearance:

Defrance and Charlo spent a considerable amount of time socializing with several groups of people in the alley behind The Badlander until around midnight. They are on camera walking to the end of the alley away from the bar. Charlo has not been seen since. Defrance told two different stories about his next steps. He told Charlo's family he dropped her at Orange Street, near the Food Farm. However, Defrance told Missoula Police detective Guy Baker he dropped Charlo off in a neighborhood about 8 blocks from the Orange Street Food Farm. Phone records track both Charlo's phone and Defrance's phone to a cell tower about three miles from the Defrance family home around 2:00 am on June 16, 2005.
