Ramon Muro Guerra is wanted for the homicide of 25-year-old Joe Alan Reyes.

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Ramon and Joe were dating the same woman. Ramon had left the woman’s apartment and Joe came over. Joe and the woman were talking outside when Ramon returned with another man and confronted Joe. Ramon then allegedly shot Joe to death. As of this posting, San Bernardino County’s court records database shows that Ramon has an active PC187 (murder) warrant. There has also been no events filed since 2018. Ramon at the time of the homicide was a transient and also homeless. Therefore he could be anywhere by now.
