Summary:

Raul Vega is wanted for the homicide of his neighbour, 24-year-old Emanuel Govea. Raul is also wanted for the attempted murders of Emanuel’s brother and mother.

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Emanuel parked his pickup truck in front of Raul’s home. Raul then turned his sprinklers on, getting Emanuel’s truck wet. Emanuel asked Raul if he could turn the sprinklers off so he could pick up his children. Emanuel presumably had to park in front of Raul’s home since the street did not have any sidewalks. As a result of Emanuel’s request about the sprinklers, Raul allegedly shot Emanuel to death and allegedly shot and wounded Emanuel’s brother and mother. As of this posting, Raul’s murder case in Riverside County’s court records database is in warrant status with the murder charge being active and no dispositions in the case. There has also been no filings/hearings since 2018.
