Summary:

Jose Martinez-Espinosa is wanted for allegedly shooting his estranged wife, 45-year-old Ninfa Mancillas-Zuniga to death. Tragically, the youngest of Ninfa’s daughters, who has autism was the one who found her mother’s body. Jose had previously threatened to kill Ninfa if he ever saw her with another man. Jose is believed to have fled to Mexico and is getting help from his family.
