Fidencio Alberto Castillo is wanted for the homicide of Efren Quiroz. Authorities say that Fidencio zeroed in on Efren as the victim was leaving a convenience store. Fidencio allegedly shot Efren in the back. The shooting was not random and Fidencio and Efren were believed to have known each other. Fidencio is believed to have fled to Mexico.
