She never arrived to pick up her 6-year-old son from daycare. The last sign of Reyes is surveillance video outside a Dallas apartment complex where her Jeep Wrangler was found abandoned.

Her car was found abandoned the next morning where she had left it, but there was no trace of her or the belongings that she had with her.

Timeline of Events
Prisma's Jeep was found in the parking garage of The Olympus at Ross Apartments where was seen on video the previous day.
Prisma was reported missing by her child's babysitter after Prisma didn't arrive after work to pick up her child.
Prisma was captured on surveillance video in the parking garage for the apartments on her cellphone and pacing back and forth near an elevator. A resident saw her get off the elevator on the 2nd floor and was crying. Reyes was never seen leaving the complex.
Prisma began driving toward White Rock Lake, presumably back to her job located in the area, but she then turned back around and headed to her ex-boyfriend's apartment complex.
Prisma got in an argument with a staff member and was asked to leave. After she left, there was a reported road rage incident called into police but Prisma left prior to officer arrival.
Prisma left work for lunch with her ex-boyfriend at E Bar Tex-Mex. Surveillance video shows the ex left the restaurant but Prisma stayed and continued to drink at the bar.
