Summary:

Jesus Alvarez-Medina is wanted for the homicide of 17-year old Ramiro Valdez.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Jesus and his fellow gang members drove up beside Ramiro’s vehicle. Jesus then allegedly fired shots from a rifle into Ramiro’s vehicle, killing Ramiro. Ramiro’s two passengers were not injured. The shooting was believed to be part of a gang feud. A 16-year old girl was also shot and wounded at a party during a drive-by shooting a few hours later. It is believed that the shootings were connected. In 2023, the getaway driver pleaded guilty to second-degree intentional murder. A charge against a juvenile suspect was dismissed without prejudice, meaning the charge can be reinstated. Jesus who is the alleged shooter, remains at large.
