Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Christopher and three associates got out of a vehicle and confronted Carlos at a park. Christopher then allegedly shot Carlos to death and fled. The Sheriff’s Department said the homicide was gang-related but Carlos’s mother said her son was not a gang member. As of this posting, Christopher has an active warrant in Washington’s Odyssey court records.
