Charles Edward Johnson went for a walk on April 15, 2019, from his home at 3001 S New Road in Waco, Texas, but never returned. Mr. Johnson was seen on surveillance video near Waco Towing at 5525 S University Parks Drive, which is approximately 5 miles from his home, walking southbound towards Downsville, Texas. He was wearing a dark gray jacket, a gray shirt, blue jogging pants with white stripes, black shoes, and a medical bracelet for his high blood pressure and cholesterol issues.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Charles Johnson told his wife he was going for a walk about 4:30PM on April 15, 2019. After about an hour when Mr. Johnson did not, his wife checked the surrounding area, the called the police after she could not locate him. My Johnson has dementia and has wandered away previously, but had always returned.
