Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities say that one of Julio's accomplices set up a drug deal with Ivan in a hotel room. The other individuals involved decided to turn that into a robbery and murder. Authorities say that Ivan was shot to death and the robbers stole a backpack full of meth. Rodrigo Pinon-Lopez was convicted in 2023 and sentenced to life without parole. Two of Julio’s co-defendants took plea deals. As of this posting, Julio’s murder cases in Gwinnett County’s court records database are in pending status with no events since 2019. A 2023 news article confirmed he was still at large. All of this confirms he is still wanted as of 2025. Julio is believed to have fled to Mexico.
Additional Details:
Anyone with information on Julio’s whereabouts should contact Crime Stoppers Of Greater Atlanta (to qualify for the potential reward) at 404-577-8477. Julio should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Ivan’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case. As with similar cases, Ivan did not deserve to be murdered since he was involved with drugs. That also should not demean his character, out of respect to his grieving family.
