Authorities say that Eriberto and Benedicto got into an argument and Eriberto allegedly shot Benedicto to death. As of this posting, Eriberto’s murder case in Gwinnett County’s court records database is in pending status with no filings since 2019. Eriberto’s 2022 grand jury indictment is also in pending status with no filings after the indictment.
