Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities allege that Russell, along with Henry Diaz-Ayala and Justin Mitchell planned to rob Ralph’s son. They forced their way into Ralph’s home where Ralph got in the way of the suspects. The suspects proceeded to beat, stab and shoot Ralph, leaving him to die and also shoot and wound Ralph’s son. Henry and Justin would be arrested and both have since been sentenced to life imprisonment. Henry actually had the gall to tell Ralph’s grieving family “no remorse, things happen” after being convicted. As of this posting, Russell’s case in Pennsylvania’s court records database has no arrest date, disposition or docket entries since 2019, confirming he is unfortunately still at large. Based on the available news articles, the robbery plot and subsequent homicide was drug-related. That means that Russell may currently be involved in the drug trade while remaining a fugitive. Russell is from Philadelphia but no potential current whereabouts have been publicized.
