Summary:

Martin Vela is wanted for the homicide of 26-year old Arnoldo Moreno. Martin was walking around in a public park when he got into an argument with Arnoldo. Martin then allegedly shot Arnoldo to death. The video from ABC13 news mentioned that Martin may have been "high" at the time of Arnoldo's murder and that this murder was "random". Martin fled the scene of the shooting but reportedly pointed the gun at other people afterwards. Arnoldo left behind his pregnant wife.
