Summary:
Wilson Rivera-Madrid is wanted for the homicide of his girlfriend, Cindi Fajardo. Authorities say they got into a fight at a nightclub and were kicked out. The argument continued in the parking lot and they got into a truck. Wilson then allegedly shot Cindi in the head and dumped her on the sidewalk while she was still alive. Cindi tragically died a few days later. Court records show that Wilson is not a U.S. citizen so he has most likely fled the U.S.
