Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Disappearance:

On the morning of February 18, 2019, Jasmine Robinson spoke on a video call with her older sister. That evening, Robinson was last seen in Archer, Florida when she returned home from her job at McDonald's. Her grandmother, who picked her up from work and brought her home, stated that she was seemingly upset about something. Around 8:00 pm Robinson last spoke on the phone with her aunt and said she was going to bed soon. On the morning of February 19, 2019, her aunt came to pick her up for a doctor's appointment, but Robinson was nowhere to be seen. Jasmine Robinson hasn't been seen or heard from since. Based on their investigation, Jasmine was last seen at her grandmother's house on February 18, 2019. Her family members didn't even realize that she had left during the night. They don't know who she left with when she left. He added that Jasmine did not have a car. Jasmine left all of her belongings behind — the only thing missing was her phone.

Additional Details:

In September 2018, Robinson was charged with grand theft and illegally using a credit card. She was arrested after stealing a woman's phone during a college football game and attempting to send herself money through a mobile cash app. At the time of her disappearance, Robinson was upset because the father of her unborn daughter had been contacting her constantly, calling her on the phone and calling her at work. Her sister believes the man could have been involved in her disappearance. According to Jasmine's family, the man's wife had recently found out about the pregnancy, and Weitzel said there had been some heated messages between Jasmine and the suspected father, who police identified as 56-year-old Christopher Wiggins, in the 24 hours before she disappeared. Christopher Wiggins is a person of interest. Detectives have several suspects in this case. He has been interviewed regarding this investigation. According to Detective Weitzel, prior to Jasmine's disappearance, Wiggins was a nine-time convicted felon. Among his crimes, cocaine possession, robbery with a firearm, and felony battery. Christopher was arrested for the armed robbery in July 2019 and sentenced to 11 years in prison. The Alachua County Sheriff's Office is offering a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest of anyone responsible for Jasmine's disappearance. There's been no social media activity on her, no cellular activity, no financial activity since the date of her disappearance. Robinson was six months pregnant at the time of her disappearance, with a girl she planned to name Jamillia. Her due date was May 10.
