Jose Luis Juarez is wanted for the death of 22-year-old Tristen Cother. Jose was driving an 18-wheeler when he struck a box truck and a tow truck. The impact killed Tristen who was outside his tow truck and injured the box truck driver. Jose fled the accident scene but was arrested. Court records show that he pleaded guilty but fled and became a fugitive on 2022. Jose was last known to have lived in Laredo, Texas.
