Summary:

Ricardo Tiscareno-Hernandez is wanted for the homicide of 27-year-old Alfredo Sandoval. Authorities say that they got into a physical altercation. Ricardo then allegedly shot Alfredo in the torso and stabbed him in the stomach. Ricardo is believed to have fled to Mexico.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

As of this posting, Hidalgo County’s court records database shows that Ricardo has listed warrant flags. I have concluded this is in reference to the homicide charge since he has not been booked on that charge.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Ricardo’s whereabouts should contact the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office at (956) 383-8114. Ricardo should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Alfredo’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
