Her son saw her go out onto the porch that evening; she enjoyed spending time outside. When he went outside to tell her to get ready for bed, she was gone. She was last seen in the 900 block of CR 158 in Long Branch at 6 p.m. on June 8. She was reported to be wearing a reddish/brown haired wig, pastel shirt, white jeans, and white tennis shoes. Upon officer's arrival, a search of the immediate area was conducted, but Mrs. Smith was not located.
