Miguel Ulice Solis-Zuniga is a fugitive wanted in Colorado Springs for leaving the scene of an accident involving death, failure to report an accident, driving under restraint, and driving without a license. The victim, 52-year-old Rosalinda Jacquez, was making a left hand turn when her car was struck by a speeding pickup truck. Solis-Zuniga was allegedly driving the truck but fled the scene without providing his information or rendering aid, as required by law.
