Summary:
Blanca Esthela Gatica is wanted for DUI manslaughter. Authorities allege she was driving on the wrong side of the road while intoxicated. She collided with another vehicle, killing 16-year-old Nathan Higgins. Higgins was delivering newspapers and was one day away from his birthday. Gatica was given a blood test at a hospital which proved her intoxication. She then fled, and may be in Mexico. As of this posting, she has an active warrant in Florida’s warrant database.
