Several people were at a private birthday party when a fight broke out. That is when Jonathan allegedly shot Demarcos to death and shot and wounded a second victim. Three months before Demarcus’s homicide, Jonathan allegedly committed a drive-by shooting. He was out on bond when Demarcos was killed. Jonathan still has a listed 1st Degree Murder warrant in Tulsa County’s warrants database.
