Jorge, Jessica and her children were spending time with Jessica’s family for the Christmas holidays. Jessica seemed sad at the time and her family suspected that she was in an abusive relationship. Jessica’s family had encouraged her to contact police regarding the physical and verbal abuse. Authorities allege that Jorge shot Jessica to death in front of her seven-year old son. Jorge is originally from Toluca, Mexico which is near Mexico City. As of this posting, Jorge has a pending murder case in North Carolina’s court records database. Jessica’s family have posted on Facebook regarding the four-year anniversary of their loved one’s homicide, pleading for assistance from the public and for justice.
