Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that a group of people decided on Snapchat to meet up at a Walgreens. This was in relation to a drug deal that occurred earlier in the month. Authorities allege that while leaving the scene, Franco shot Luke from a vehicle, killing the teenager. Franco was born in Texas but may have fled to Mexico.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Franco’s whereabouts should contact Capital Area Crime Stoppers at 512-472-8477. As of this posting, Franco has an active warrant in Travis County’s court records database. Please consider sharing this so that Luke’s family can get justice in their loved one’s case. As with similar cases, Luke did not deserve to be murdered since his death was related to a drug deal.
