Sandee Hines is married to Jason Hines who is an accused child molestor on the run as a fugitive. Sandy had recently married Jason when he was arrested for a sex offense in 2017. Sandee helped raise money to bond him out that same year and Jason was on an ankle monitor for 3 years. A neighbor saw Sandee at their house in 2020 and she hasn't been seen since.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Sandee's mother noticed in February 2020 that the January mortgage payment was not made on the house. Sandee's phone was also disconnected. Dinan then called Jason's phone and she was able to speak to Sandee who said she was under a lot of stress and trying to make the payment. On March 1, 2020, a neighbor saw Sandee at the house and she has not been seen since. On April 10, 2022, surveillance video captured Sandee's car parked in a parking lot in Mesa, AZ. Jason Hines was driving the car and got in another car to leave. There was no sign of Sandee. On April 22, 2020, Jason was spotted in a hotel NW of Phoenix, AZ (Star Valley Hotel and Mobile Park). He stayed for three days, had the three dogs and there was no sign of Sandee.

Jason Hines is a 6-01, 220lbs white male with bald or brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born in May 1979. He has a history of finding women on dating sites with children. He currently has 2 counts of sexual conduct with a minor and 2 counts of molestation of a child. He has a "JAH" tattoo on his upper left arm, a skull on his left side of his chest, colorful tattoo of a skull on his upper right arm and a cross with skulls below his neck. Jason had connections to East Mesa, Apache Junction, AZ. Waterloo IA, and Northern Arizona. Jason was driving Sandee's silver PT Cruiser which has been found. It is unknown if Sandee is helping Jason elude law enforcement or if she has become a victim of Jason. Sandee's maiden name is 'Pepper'. A family of hers co-signed for the bond to get Jason out of jail. Sandee has a daughter.
