Authorities allege that Elijah shot Ty to death in the parking garage of the Emerald Queen Casino. The suspected motive was revenge, based on the fact that Elijah and Ty’s gangs had been involved in an ongoing feud. Elijah’s brother has since pleaded guilty to being the getaway driver and received a sentence of three years. The US Marshals Service are searching for Elijah who has a warrant for First Degree Murder. As of this posting (06/21/2025), Pierce County’s court records database shows no filings since the warrant was issued for Elijah’s arrest, confirming he is still at large.
