Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Jordan, Tara and another man were in an alley, drinking alcohol. Jordan was also playing with a gun when he allegedly “accidentally” fired a shot, striking and killing Tara. Jordan and the witness then fled in Tara’s vehicle. The witness pleaded guilty to lesser charges in the case. Jordan would be charged with manslaughter in connection with Tara’s death. As of this posting, he has an active warrant, according to Washington’s Odyssey court records database.
