Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities allege that Jerry was street racing another vehicle and crashed into a vehicle turning left. Jerry’s vehicle was going 98mph at the time of the impact. He survived after sustaining serious injuries. The five occupants of the other vehicle would tragically die upon impact or after reaching the hospital. They were 43-year-old Sherita Carter, her 19-year-old daughter Tiara Carter, her 10-year-old nephew Antonio Sinkfield Jr., his 10-year-old cousin Jaylin Carter and Jaylin’s 15-year-old brother Jakwon Carter. The impact and causality count of the collision was so horrific that a Georgia State Patrol crash investigator had to stop investigating crashes. The investigator had a brief conversation with Jerry who was blaming Sherita for the crash. Jerry is also wanted for allegedly pointing a gun at a man in an unrelated incident. Jerry failed to appear in court in 2023 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. A new news article confirms that he is still at large. Fulton County’s jail records database also shows a warrant flag for Jerry.
Additional Details:
Anyone with information on Jerry’s whereabouts should contact Crime Stoppers Of Metro Atlanta (to qualify for the potential reward) at 404-577-TIPS (8477). Jerry should be considered extremely dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that there can be justice and answers in this horrific case.
