Missing From:

Murray County, Oklahoma

Summary:

Guadalupe Figueroa is wanted in connection with the homicide of her boyfriend, 43-year-old Juan Rosas.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that Guadalupe had her daughter, Shannon Mayorga along with Randall Rudd kidnap Juan from his home in Texas. The two of them took Juan to Oklahoma where they shot him to death. Shannon and Randall would be arrested for Juan's homicide. In 2022, they both pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and kidnapping. Guadalupe is wanted on a warrant for conspiracy by persons outside the state of Oklahoma to commit first-degree murder. She is believed to have fled to Monterrey, Mexico. As of this posting, Oklahoma’s court records database confirms Guadalupe’s case is still open with no filings since 2020, meaning she is still at large.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Guadalupe’s whereabouts should contact the Murray County Sheriff’s Office at (580) 622-5106. Guadalupe should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Juan’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
