Summary:
Qadr Williams is a 10-year-old missing juvenile from Philadelphia. She was last seen on Thursday, October 21st, 2021, at 7:45 A.M., by her foster mother on the 300 block of Glen Echo Rd. Authorities believe Qadr may have been abducted by non-custodial relatives and taken out of Pennsylvania, possibly to the Bowie, Maryland area. Her case remains unsolved.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Qadr was last seen by her foster mother in the 300 block of Glen Echo Road at 7:45 a.m. on October 21, 2021. She was supposed to attend her classes at Houston School in the Mount Airty neighborhood. She never arrived and has never been heard from again. She was last seen at 7:45 AM that day on the 300 block of Glen Echo Road in Philadelphia's Mount Airy neighborhood when she was walking from her foster mother's home to a corner to wait for the school bus to Houston Elementary School. Qadr never got on the bus and never arrived at school.

At a press conference in late October Police Commissioner, Danielle Outlaw advised an Amber Alert was not issued for Qadr. She said police do not believe Qadr is "in imminent danger." "We believe that she left the neighborhood voluntarily and may now be in the care of relatives," Outlaw said at the press conference. The FBI ultimately joined the search. Two and a half months after she went missing, Pennsylvania State Representative Chris Rabb posted to social media that Qadr Williamson was "alive and safe". Note that supposedly knowing a child is "alive and safe" is different from being found, which is leading to a lot of confusion on social media. The Philadelphia Police and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children still list Qadr as missing. There are also people on social media who claim to have been in recent contact with Philadelphia Police who reportedly still have Qadr's disappearance listed as an active investigation. The National Missing and Unidentified Missing Persons System entry about Qadr states the following, "It is believed that Ms. Piersall may have left the state of [Pennsylvania] with Williams and may be in the Bowie Maryland area.
