Summary:

On 03/02/2021, an unidentified adult white male body was discovered in the back of a cargo vehicle after a winter storm. It is believed the male was transient and entered the truck to escape weather elements, where he then died from hypothermia. The male was in a state of decomposition and investigators have been unable to identify the male. Additional Details:

The male had a black tattoo depicting a spider web was on his right elbow, a black tattoo depicting "COWBOY UP" with a lasso was on the left upper arm, and a black tattoo depicting "JUANITA" was on his left calf. Additionally, the male had two long linear scars on each knee (one scar each). It is believed he is 42-59 Years of age.
