Lafayette, Indiana

Summary:

Alex went missing 2/3/21 just before midnight. He was found deceased 2/9/21 under suspicious circumstances however police failed to investigate and within a few very short hours they closed his case claiming it was suicide. They did not test anything, they did not even wait for the autopsy to close the case. The county sheriffs department claimed they were investigating - then claimed no it was up to the city police. City police say no county was so no one investigated.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Death:

Alex was found with a gunshot wound to the head but conflicting reports of which side was entrance and which was exit.

Additional Details:

Gun found underneath him. He was laying flat on his back with his hands in the pocket of his hoodie. Ankles crossed. Everyone on scene said it was homicide yet once an ID was made it was changed to suicide. We believe this is because Alex was born female, Jasmine Danaher but wanted to transition to male and went by Alex.
