Authorities say that there had been previous issues brewing between Lindsey and Itzel. This led to a physical fight involving the two where Lindsey was “beating the life out of” Itzel. Itzel tried to get away by fleeing to a vehicle and locking herself inside. Lindsey repeatedly banged on the window, demanding Itzel to come out. Authorities then say that Lindsey was provided with a gun at her request and allegedly shot Itzel to death. A witness stated that Lindsey would “come for their heads” if anyone snitched on her. The man who provided the gun took a plea deal and received a 13-year sentence for manslaughter. Lindsey remains at large and was publicized on 01/15/2025 as part of a story regarding unresolved homicides in Arizona.
