Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Rudy arrived in a vehicle at a restaurant where the victims were sitting outside. Rudy got out of the vehicle and allegedly shot Eliexi and Elmer to death and shot and wounded a third victim. Rudy has been wanted ever since. As of April of 2023, authorities stated they have exhausted all efforts to locate Rudy. Rudy was born in Texas but no potential whereabouts have been publicized. Harris County’s court records database confirms that Rudy has an active warrant and is not in custody.
