Summary:

Charles Maude was found shot inside of a black 2002 Mercedes-Benz on the 3200 block of Emerald Street on Friday, March 12, 2021. At 10:47 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene and found Charles in the driver's seat of the vehicle. He was suffering from a gunshot wound. Police placed Charles in their patrol vehicle and rushed him to Temple University Hospital. Unfortunately, Charles died the following day on Saturday, March 13, 2021.
