Basir Gillette is wanted for the homicide of 16-year old Quamir Mitchell.

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that Basir shot Quamir to death and shot and wounded Quamir’s 13-year old cousin. A video by the Philadelphia Mayor’s Office mentioned the motive was an argument over a basketball game. As of this posting, Basir is on the Philly’s Most Wanted website as one of the city’s wanted homicide suspects.
