Summary:

Abel Acosta is wanted for the triple homicide of 14-year-old Xavier Gonzalez, 16-year-old Ivan Noyola and 17-year-old Rafael Garcia.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Abel was driven to a gas station by his father. The motive would be a planned targeted attack against Ivan and Rafael regarding a previous conflict. Once Abel entered the gas station, he allegedly shot four teenagers, killing Xavier, Ivan and Rafael. Xavier had nothing to do with the dispute and was there to buy tacos. Xavier was killed by a shot to the head while he lay on the floor wounded. Ivan and Rafael were both killed from shots to the back as they were trying to flee. Abel’s father, Richard Acosta would be arrested as the suspected getaway driver in the crime. He was convicted of capital murder in 2023 and was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. Abel is believed to be in Mexico and has ties to the cities of Acapulco and Juarez, as well as the state of Veracruz.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Abel’s whereabouts should contact Garland Crime Stoppers at 972-272-TIPS. Abel should be considered extremely dangerous. Please consider sharing this case and keeping it in the spotlight so that the families of Xavier, Ivan and Rafael can get justice and answers.
