Circumstances of Offense:
The incident started when Rodolfo sent videos and texts to his wife of him burning her clothes in their barbecue pit. Alberto went with the woman to her house to help her take her things. When they got there, Rodolfo allegedly shot and stabbed Alberto to death. Rodolfo then stated to his wife, “Do you see what happened because of your lies?" This basically meant that Rodolfo blamed his wife for his alleged violent actions. Rodolfo also told his wife that he was going to flee the United States (Rodolfo is a US born citizen). Rodolfo then fled in his vehicle and remains at large. As of this posting, Harris County’s court records database shows that he has an active murder warrant and is not in custody.
