Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that Hector shot Lesli and Elsy to death in their apartment’s bedroom. The mother and daughter’s bodies were found after one of them did not arrive at a birthday party they were scheduled to attend. As of this posting, Hector has been added to the Houston FBI Field Office’s 10 Most Wanted List, confirming he is still at large. Hector may have fled to his native country of Mexico.
