Summary:

On July 1, 2021, Emery was last seen in the 3100 block of Park Center Drive in Tyler. He and his sister had a disagreement. When she got out of the vehicle and went into a building, he got out of the car and walked away leaving behind his cane—a vital aid for his mobility. He has not been seen since. He has done this in the past, but he returned after a couple of days. He was wearing a white shirt, tan pants, black boots, glasses, cane. Schizophrenia and a pacemaker. NAMUS Case # MP85376.

Allegedly, his wife was in the process of divorcing him due to his illness. His phone was stolen.

His family reports that he often walked long distances.
