Uatesoni Passi is wanted for the homicide of 33-year-old Marco Santos. Authorities allege that Uatesoni shot Marco to death during the victim’s birthday over an argument regarding a parking spot. Marco’s wife and daughter tragically witnessed the homicide. Marco was described as a hardworking husband and father of four by his widow.
