Jacob Riggs was last seen at the Gedney Creek Boat Ramp, on the north shore of the Foster Reservoir, on March 23, 2021 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Jacob had been dropped off there by a family member. Jacob's personal belongings were later discovered on the shoreline next to the reservoir later that evening. He has not been seen or heard from since that day.
