Alfonso Garcia is wanted for the homicide of 28-year-old David Gomez Mendoza. Alfonso and his fellow gang members surrounded a group of men, including David outside a liquor store. David tried to get away, but Alfonso and an accomplice caught up to him and allegedly stabbed him to death. The suspects had assumed that David was a rival gang member. One of Alfonso’s co-defendants has been convicted for his role in this crime.
