Summary:
On 08-11-22, officers responded to 1710 E. Northfield Blvd. in reference to a shooting. Officers located a victim later identified as Calvin Thompson Jr. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. Mr. Thompson was present in the parking lot of the complex when a disturbance broke out between multiple females. Two separate suspects fired multiple rounds during the disturbance striking Mr. Thompson.
