Ricco Hicks is wanted for the double homicide of 29-year-olds Eddie Matthews and Nathan Jacobs. Authorities allege that Ricco was among the suspects who approached Eddie and Nathan who were sitting in a vehicle. The suspects then shot Eddie and Nathan to death. Ricco’s two co-defendants have been convicted in connection with this crime.
