Home life had been turbulent, he warned some his wife may harm him,he had back surgery in sept planning to go back to work in October and fight for their son...he had cameras he said there was so much on those no judge would give her any child he had it backed up multiple places but police say they didn't find anything...her story has changed alot and she has failed a poly but " it's just a tool" and they say they need more evidence to proceed
