Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Deionte and Jimmy Whitlock broke into an apartment where drugs were being sold. The resident began struggling with the two burglars and Jessie came to the aid of the resident. Jimmy then shot Jessie to death. Jimmy was quickly arrested and has since plead guilty to Second Degree Murder. He received a sentence of 15 years and will be released on parole after serving the sentence. Deionte’s warrants were most recently validated on December 12, 2024, according to New Mexico’s court records database.
